FAQs

Below are some of our most commonly asked questions. If you’re query isn’t covered below, or you want to double check something please get in touch with us on our contact page.

How long does it take to make a pair of shoes?

It can take up to several weeks, depending on the number of orders we are currently working on.

What Size Do I choose?

Enter your usual shoe size. If you are a half size always size up. Due to the high fronted style of POGOs they tend to fit wide and narrow feet equally well! They hold slim feet nicely in the shoes and the soft natural quality of the leather allow wider feet to not feel squashed in. It may take a few wears for them to fully soften in, but they will do!

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available for all non-personalised pairs, as long as they haven’t been worn outdoors and are in the same condition as when they arrived.

Personalised pairs are not available to be returned as they can’t be resold, unless they are obviously faulty.

Customers are encouraged to understand that these are handmade products, using natural materials so there may be small differences and blemishes.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point. Exchanges are available if the pairs haven’t been worn outdoors and are in the same condition as when they arrived.

What personalisation options are there?

The front tab can be personalised with any short combination of letters and numbers.

The sole can also be persoanlised with a longer combination of letters and numbers.

Do you offer gift packaging options?

Our cotton dust bags can have a personalised message on the front.

How Accurate are the colours of leathers shown on your website?

All photos are taken with the best lighting possible, if you are unsure on a colour please feel free to email/message us for a short video showing it in different lighting. We ask that you understand our leathers will appear differently depending on the device used.

what if I change my mind after ordering?

An order can be amended up to the start of production. After this point it is impossible to change anything, you can’t alter the cut of the shoe once its been started!
